cream cheese, softened
1 cup
sour cream
1 cup
black beans, rinsed and pureed
3 tbsp
3 Onion Dip Mix3 Onion Dip Mix
1 tbsp
1 12 tsp, divided
Taco SeasoningTaco Seasoning
1 12 cups
Monterey Jack cheese
1 12 cups
grated medium cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven 350° F (180° C).
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread in 9” x 13” pan.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tsp Taco Seasoning overtop, adding more if necessary to cover.
  4. Add a layer of Monterey Jack, then layer with cheddar. Sprinkle with Taco Seasoning.
  5. Bake in 350° F (180° C) oven for approximately 20 minutes, or up to 40 minutes for a crispy crust.
Tips

Make this dip extra cheesy – swap 3 Onion Dip Mix and Taco Seasoning with Nacho Cheese Dip Mix. You’ll need about 5 tbsp in total.
