It’s rich and gooey; you won’t believe it only takes 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to mix up. Everything in here is gluten free, too, so more choco-lovers can join the party.

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly oil 9" X 13" baking dish.
- Cube butter; place in a microwave-safe bowl. Add milk. Microwave, uncovered, on high, 4 min, stirring every 1 min, or until butter is melted.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle cake mix evenly into the baking dish, then sprinkle pudding mix overtop.
- Pour the butter and milk mixture into the dish and gently whisk to combine (it doesn’t have to be stirred entirely).
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake 40–45 min, or until toothpick comes out mostly clean, with a few crumbs on it. Serve warm.
Milks with higher fat content will result in a moister chocolate cake. Try whole or homogenized milk!
